The original Honda HR-V was a car that was ahead of its time. Introduced in 1998, it was not only one of the first small SUVs, but one of the first SUVs of any kind to put on-road driving dynamics ahead of off-road ability, yet it never sold particularly well.
Fast forward to today, and the small SUV sector is the fastest growing in Europe, with no mainstream manufacturer's range complete without at least one. It's hardly surprising, then, that Honda now offers a new HR-V and what a beast of a car it is..!!!!
All our models have a 7.0in touchscreen which controls everything, CD player, Bluetooth, DAB radio and GPS.
You get an impressive amount of safety equipment. Six airbags and automatic city emergency braking are standard on all HR-Vs, also get lane-departure and forward-collision warning systems, headlights that switch between dipped and full beam automatically, and road-sign recognition. An alarm and engine immobiliser are standard.
Euro NCAP has given the HR-V a full five-star crash test rating, a result helped by its impressive list of standard safety features.
The HR-V is available any any of our Devon stores, check www.simplecarhire.co.uk for pricing and availability.
